Scaleno recounts the inability to stay, to live in the present.
From Naples to Northern Italy. From the past to the future. From reality to fantasy. From one version of herself to another.
In SCALENO – One Body, Three Voices, a woman shares the stage with two voices that live within her: AC, sharp, chaotic, and impossible to silence, and AI, a calm British virtual assistant whopromises answers, certainties, and control.
Moving between Italian, Neapolitan dialect, and English, memoryand imagination, humor and pain, SCALENO explores whathappens when survival becomes a habit and escape becomes an identity.
Part autobiographical confession, part psychological battleground, SCALENO is an intimate and darkly ironic solo performance about class, desire, family, trauma, artificial intelligence, and the dangerous temptation to live anywhere but in the present.
Because sometimes the hardest place to stay is here.
